Photography Packages and Payment

I only accept the £50 deposit via Paypal, the rest of the money should be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

A brand new package for the rest of 2009 only, £595 for three hours photography including bridal preparations, the ceremony and formal, informal bride and groom and guests photographs. This can also include mock cutting the cake shots at the reception, time permitting. And of course you keep every photo I take in that hour.

WEDDING PACKAGES

For a maximum of £1,250* and an average of £995 for a full day , you get to keep 300 6x4 photos in a wedding album with a DVD with every high resolution JPEG on it (around 800-1,000). You also get a video/DVD of the time I am there. However, every wedding quote is tailored around you and your specific requirements. It is possible to hire me for three hours for £595. This would be from 1pm until 4pm , and MAY include the reception, time permitting.

The following times are for a ceremony that starts at 2pm and are approximate. You can also order any album of your choice from my wide selection. (see next page down)

I can also video the day for no extra cost on my camcorder and save it onto DVD for you.

1pm: Arrive at the bride's house or the church. Take photos of the bride getting ready or the guests arriving.

1.30pm: Arrive at the church. Take photos of the groom and the best man.

1.55pm: The Bride arrives!!! Take photos of her getting out the car and with her bridesmaids etc.

2pm: The Ceremony starts.

2.20pm: Sign the register

2.30pm: Walking down the aisle as husband and wife.

2.35pm: Go back into the church for traditional photos. Bride and groom and wedding party only.

3pm: Throwing confetti outside etc.

3.10pm: Drive to park to take photos.

4 pm: Finish taking photos at park. Bride and groom and wedding party only (including close family). Leave for the reception.

4.10 pm: Take photos of bride and groom arriving at reception.

4.15pm: Group shot and individual photos with each couple with bride and groom.

4.30pm: Family shots, cutting the cake. Photos of the tables and reception room.

5pm: Meal and speeches. Photograph the speeches.

5.15pm: I have a meal and a break!

6.30pm: Meal finishes. More photos of bride and groom and any other family shots. Night shots with the reception venue all lit up. I can also do individual portraits of the guests while they wait for the room to be changed for the dancing.

7.30pm: Photograph evening guests as they start to arrive. Set up my laptop with the best photos of the day on display. Continue taking photos.

9pm: First few dances photographed. Take photos of the guests as they dance and chat.

You get to keep 300 6x4 photos in a wedding album with a DVD with very high resolution JPEG on it.

*For weddings in England or far up North including travelling expenses and accommodation for the night.

For a full days coverage and a 20 page 16x12 Bellissimo album with 100 photos costs £1,250 + £495= £1,745.

There are no hard and fast rules for calculating your wedding budget. The table below is meant to give you a very rough guide as to what is available. There is always the exception to the rule so you need to select your photographer carefully no matter what budget you set.

Photo quality

1 = Not too concerned. Just want a record of the occasion.

2 = Decent quality. Not necessarily the best, but a standard set of photos

3 = Good quality photos. Post wedding optimisation of photos to look their best

4 = Something different and unique for me. Photographer to add a bit of flair and imagination.

5 = Stunning

Presentation

1 = 40 smaller prints, no album

2 = Simple album

3 = Photos to CD and to buy copyright

4 = Modern, stylish album. Showing off photos in best possible way

5 = Modern album parents albums other ideas for presentation such as canvas and acrylic.

When

1 = Out of season, weekday

2 = Out of season, Weekend

3 = Mid summer, weekday

4 = Mid summer, Weekend

Coverage

1 = Quick registry office service only

2 = Church wedding service only

3 = Service reception

4 = Getting ready, service, reception

5 = Getting ready, service, reception and pre wedding photo shoot

Suggested Budget

5 points and under = £250 - £500

6 - 10 = £501 - £1000

10 - 15 = £1000 - £1500

15 points and above £1500 and upwards
